Self-love means that you accept yourself fully and treat yourself with kindness, compassion and respect.
It’s about not only about your actions but your thoughts and feelings about yourself.
Think about it as… what you would do for yourself, how you talk to yourself, and how you feel about yourself in a way that reflects concern and love.
It means you genuinely care for yourself like you would your best friend, your partner or your child.
You have an overall positive view of yourself and that you matter.
So why don’t we give ourselves the self-love we deserve?…
