When it comes to weight loss, we all have a reason why we want to lose weight. Is it that you want to get into those skinny jeans, look good for pictures or just be healthy and happy.
If those are yours and you are still struggling with food and your weight, I want you to know that you might not have a strong, compelling reason why.
To help you stay motivated and committed to shedding the weight, you have to have at least one strong why. Your strong why has to bring up a feeling and emotion; you have to feel it in your body.
If when those donuts in the report room are more important than getting into those skinny jeans, then it’s time to dig deep into finding a more compelling why. You choose the donuts over getting into those skinny jeans because they are really not that compelling, yeah it would be nice to you, but that’s where it stops.
