You don’t have to start over when life doesn’t go as planned.
Yes, life gets crazy sometimes.
We have stressful days at work, there will be times that there is chaos in our life, we go on a vacation, or we get sick, and when any of this happens, we think that we can’t keep doing what we know works to lose weight.
What you need to know is that is diet mentality.
It’s all or nothing thinking, and that type of thinking never works! It has us doing everything or has us doing nothing.
In this week’s episode, I’ll show you that no matter what happens in your life, you don’t have to get off track and have to start all over again the next day, week or month.
You end the starting over by having a minimum baseline for yourself. A minimum baseline line is you committing to yourself to do these basic things no matter what happens.
In this episode, I will cover what you need to include as part of your minimum baseline plan, and I promise they are three simple ways to keep on going with losing weight when life doesn’t go the way you planned.
These simple ways are fundamental but make all the difference in the world, even though your brain will yell out at you that they are not enough, not good enough, I all my clients when they implement them never get off track in losing weight… or at the very least not gaining weight.
So listen in to find out what you should implement when you know that your day isn’t going the way you planned.
Don’t forget you are worth it!
