This one strategy will have you knowing exactly what to do when the donuts are in the breakroom, or you are out with friends, and they order the nachos, or you’ve had a long busy day, and all you want is to sit on the couch binge-watching Netflix and eat the whole bag of chips.
When we are trying to accomplish something we have never done before by doing what we have always been doing, we get the same results—- that’s how we end up setting the same New Years Resolution over and over again.
It’s time to change all of that this year!
