Losing weight is hard, and that’s ok.

It is hard because you will have to change habits that are not working for you.

In this week’s episode, I will show you how to be ok with it being hard, but that does not mean it’s hard to lose weight.

When you learn how your brain works, you can then know how to change your old habits that have been keeping you stuck in losing weight.
